Daddy Lumba’s lawsuit against me was a blessing in disguise – ‘Daddy Lumba Jnr’

Kwame Anokye
Daddy Lumba Jnr., Daddy Lumba’s impersonator, has said in a recent interview that renowned Highlife Ghanaian artiste Charles Kwadwo Fosu popularly known as Daddy Lumba’s move to file a lawsuit against him was a blessing in disguise.

As a reminder, on February 6, 2018, Daddy Lumba dragged Kwame Anokye who has over the years pretended to be his son for material gains, benefits and publicity to court.

Daddy Lumba filed the lawsuit at an Accra High Court alleging that Kwame Anokye has impersonated him.

But responding to the suit on Accra-based Hitz FM, Anokye who now prefers to be called Anokye Supremo indicated that Daddy Lumba had promised him in the past to introduce him to the world and therefore the suit was a move by the legendary highlife artiste to introduce him to the world.

“Who am I to be taken to court by Daddy Lumba? Who am I? I thank God for it,” he stated.

Kwame Ampadu became popular in Ghana when he appeared on TV Africa’s reality show dubbed “Just Like You”.

A reality show where talented Ghanaian youths imitate and demonstrate on live television how their favourite artiste sings, speaks and performs on stage.
